Grove Partners

Block and Estate management built on honesty

We started Grove Partners because we were constantly on the receiving end of poor service — and knew it could & should be done better.

As leaseholder & landlords ourselves, we have first-hand experience of what it feels like when your building is being poorly managed — while you’re still expected to pay ever-increasing charges without question.

Too many managing agents operate as though they are doing residents a favour. Communication can be virtually non-existant, queries disregarded, RMC Directors ignored, or talked down to, and leaseholders are expected to accept decisions they were never consulted on.

We believe the relationship should be the other way around.

The managing agent works for the client — not the client for the managing agent.

More about us.

It didn’t take long after Grove Partners took over the management of our small estate for the improvements to become clear. Communal areas felt cleaner, the grounds began to look better cared for, and there was a renewed sense of pride in the place we call home—driven by Grove Partners closer oversight and a more responsive, hands-on approach.

Why Choose Us?

Focusing on Cambridge and the surrounding area allows us to provide a more personal, responsive service.

We know many of our residents and owners, take the time to understand each building, and aim to build long-lasting partnerships with every client we work with.

Because we remain local, we can visit sites regularly, maintain standards, and spot issues before they become costly problems. We deal with matters promptly, communicate clearly, and treat residents and owners as people — not reference numbers.

By keeping our portfolio intentionally local, we can focus on what matters most: well-maintained buildings, transparent management, and a better day-to-day living experience for everyone who calls the building home.
