We pride ourselves on providing clear communications, ensuring residents, leaseholders & directors are given timely updates.
Our goal is to keep owners and residents informed through consistent, timely updates. As leaseholders ourselves, we understand firsthand how frustrating it is when managing agents leave people in the dark; this lack of transparency often breeds mistrust and can cause a breakdown in the relationship between the community and the agent. We believe that sharing relevant information is more than just a business requirement—it is a simple courtesy. By using digital platforms like WhatsApp and email, we ensure that important updates are delivered directly to those who need them. This we believe helps fosters a positive culture built on clarity and mutual respect.
Residents Communication
Our primary communication method is via WhatsApp (for Business) which provides a quick & easy way to connect with residents. To enable this, we encourage residents to register their details with us. Other times we communicate by paper, be this a flyer on a notice board, or through the letterbox.


Leaseholder Communication
WhatsApp (for Business) provides an efficient & timely way to interact with Leaseholders on day-to-day matters. We also use email & paper, this is normally for more formal matters, such as Service Charges. We can also be contacted by phone between 9am & 5pm on normal working days.
As Managing Agents, we are pleased to facilitate Annual General Meeting's (AGM's). This on-line meeting provides an important forum for constructive discussion regarding future plans, current eastate matters, and the wider objectives of the community.
